We had a great time with friends and our kids. It was fun and relaxing to do a getaway with multiple families. The cleaning was not done by the check-in time, so we had to wait a little bit, but it was a great location with all the right things.

My wife and I bought our 3 children with spouses and 5 grandchildren to Breckenridge Heights for a relaxing weekend away from the city. We were more than happy. The house has everything we could want for everyone.
Great house with a kitchen that is perfect of big family meals. Bedroom suites that were great for individual family groups and a large living room for comfortable lounging. The house is modern, efficient and has more entertainment options than any house I have rented before. We will definitely come back!

The home is beautiful and very well appointed. We had 4 couples for our small family reunion. The younger ones loved the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it well! We all had plenty of space. The view is captivating and we spent most of the morning on the upper deck and afternoons on the lower deck. The property mangers were very helpful. Highly recommend this awesome help.

We stayed at Breckenridge Heights with two other families for a relaxing weekend. Upon entering the house we were immediately impressed by the size- the kitchen, living room and dining area were totally comfortable for our large group. We made our way upstairs to beautifully furnished bedrooms with large beds. But the downstairs was the real kicker- two large rooms with wrap around couches, and a small bunk room which made it a perfect area to banish our kids to all weekend :) We took full advantage of the large hot tub as well. We walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed the views, and found a sledding hill about 1/2 a mile from the property. Snowmobile and Snow Machine rentals were available next door to the neighborhood entrance, as well as a nice country store. Vacation Rental 365 staff checked in on us throughout the stay, which was very appreciated. We will definitely be back to Breckenridge Heights!

Our family of 8 people (two toddlers) had a a great stay at this house. The house was large with 5 bedrooms and had large beds (kings and queens) with decent mattreses. Home had a nice view of the mountains over the tree tops, could not see the lake though. Nice big kitchen, so many large TVs, great screening room in basement and hot tub on the big two level wraparound deck. The house is set on the steep hillside and has an all gravel yard with a separate game room the detached garage. Overall a very nice place close to the lake for summertime family fun.

The place was exactly as you see in the 3d walkthrough, though note that some of the rooms, particularly the bunk bed room, are truly tiny (the bunk bed room was a former laundry room). Not a lot of noise isolation, if that's a concern.

It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even a few toys and games. We stayed for a week and did have to restock some basics (paper towels, trash bags, etc) but that was fine.

I would agree with the other reviewer who mentioned that the mattresses have seen better days.

You can see the neighbor's house next door but otherwise it's a pretty empty neighborhood.

They warn you that the water source is a well and could run out if you use too much at once, but we never had any issues despite full occupancy with frequent laundry and dishwasher use.

We had a few small issues come up during our stay and the management company was very nice and responsive, though ultimately not that helpful. But there were some extenuating circumstances, so we didn't press it.

The stay was great. The location was perfect for a family getaway, worked well for 9 people with room to spare. It was an easy trip to the lake and up into the mountain roads. Rooms were all comfortably sized.

Rented home to getaway and this was absolutely PERFECT. House was clean, views to die for, was able to cook with the house offering everything I needed to do so. Sledding available down the hill or in the backyard. Safe, quiet and lovely.

Breckenridge Heights was a perfect place for our group of ten to spend a few days and enjoy the surroundings. House was perfect. Large enough for no one to feel like it was crowded for our number of people. Access in the snow was not a problem. Booking through Diana VR365 was easy and she was helpful when we had questions. A beautiful home with gorgeous views. Easy access to the lake and amenities in town. The hot tub stayed warm during the cold winter. The only small issue was that the kitchen didn't have a casserole pan or full sized oven mitts which made making breakfast casseroles for the group slightly inconvenient. Other than that a fantastic place for a getaway, I would definitely visit again.

This house was the perfect getaway for my husband's 50th birthday. It's close to mountain biking trails, Lake Cle Elum and the Cooper River swimming hole. Our kids loved the ping pong table, hot tub and media room. We spent a lot of time on the deck just relaxing and enjoying the view. It is pet friendly so our dogs were able to join in on the fun. The property management team was very friendly and helpful. They really made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!

The condo was very nice. Loved the location, very quiet and peaceful.

We so enjoyed our week at Indian Shores. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed (except a blender!). The pool & hot tub were clean & wonderful to have. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock. It was truly a short walk to the beach with our own path! We will be back!

Quiet Waters truly was "quiet". Very nice complex with a nice pool and patio area (with gas grill and a corn hole area) and easy beach access across the road. This particular unit met our needs. The kitchen was not overly well stocked dishes wise. Living area was a good size. Both bedrooms were clean and larger than we expected; comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer in unit.

Overall cleanliness though was not impressive. Carpets are in need of a serious clean, kitchen cabinets interior were kinda grimy, most dishes had to be washed before used. We did notice the sliding door wouldn't lock upon arrival and they sent some one first thing the following morning. Easy communication with Seaside Property Shoppe. If you are planning to come here you need to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper (if staying several days). There were no washcloths, only towels and hand towels. Would be nice to see these things provided along with more dishwasher tablets.

Beach was not a busy area. We liked that the unit is away from shops and restaurants directly but they're within a 2-3 mile radius.

We would stay here again if the unit had a good deep clean, cleanliness was the only disappointment.

Kitchen tap should be replaced as it leaked. It's a little rusty. The shower head in the master bathroom should be cleaned with CLR so that the water comes out better. The exhaust fan in the second bathroom needs to be cleaned. Finally, the patio doors should be fixed a litle better so that they can lock better and make sure that the end pieces stayed locked and don't move from their fixed position.

Resort was very quiet and friendly. Pool became the meeting place every morning and visitors mixed with residents regularly sharing experiences and recommendations for eating places. I'll be back.
